A benefit of small community living is the shared experience and relaxed vibe that exists here. At Wyndermere, we are small enough to get to know many of our neighbors no matter how far apart we live. The smallness provides a communal feeling that you don't get in a mega development.

Likewise, if you've spent a good portion of life in that suburban sprawl and look forward to spending the rest of your time in a more carefree home, a townhouse option is equally good.
Wyndermerians enjoy one of two living configurations. The 3-bedroom Gaines Model with the bright sunroom. Or the 4-bedroom Burke Model with the cozy porch. This gives us the unique ability to easily share design suggestions, decorating ideas and maintenance tips. Our commonality is one of the most overlooked "feel good" reasons to live here.
Wyndermere offers a well thought out neighborhood feel. Rather than a vast sea of homes stretching hundreds of acres, our community is a simple series of four connected roads and 150 homes. All of which are thoughtfully placed and spaced in small clusters. We have some nice amenities and common spaces that are not overcrowded. And the gated entrance provides a comforting sense of security and protection.
Wyndermere's location is directly adjacent to New Easley Bridge Highway Route 123, which serves as the major link between the award-winning downtown of Greenville, to the expanding suburban shopping destination of Easley Town Square. Also situated along that main highway is Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital and easy Pendleton Street access to Greenville's West End arts district and Augusta Street, and the White Horse entrance to I-85, making Wyndermere one of the most convenient and desirable geographic locations in the area.
